Privacy Policy
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what data T&A Software Solutions collects when you use our Discord bots, including DisCommish, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. The short version: we only gather what we need to run your league and support you, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
By adding one of our bots to a Discord server, or by interacting with a bot that is already installed, you agree to the practices described here. If anything below is unclear, reach out and we will happily walk you through it.
Who we are
T&A Software Solutions is an independent software studio that designs and builds web apps and Discord bots. Our flagship Discord product is DisCommish, a bot that runs fantasy, dynasty, and franchise sports leagues directly inside Discord. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

Information we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible while still running your league reliably. Depending on how you use our bots, that may include:
- Discord-provided data — your Discord user and account ID, username and display name, the server (guild) IDs where the bot is installed, and your roles and membership within those servers. We use these to know who you are and what you are allowed to do.
- Content you provide to the bot — inputs from slash commands, league and team configuration (such as team names, rosters, matchups, and standings), and messages you direct at the bot. This is the data that actually powers your league.
- Technical and log data — timestamps of commands and events, and error logs generated when something goes wrong. These help us keep the service healthy and diagnose issues.
- Contact-form data — if you reach out through our contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit so we can reply.
We do not read or store the general contents of your server's conversations. The bot only processes messages and commands that are directed to it or that it needs to perform a requested action.
How we use your information
We use the data above for a limited set of purposes:
- Operate the bot and run your leagues — tracking readiness (RTA / ready-to-advance), advancing weeks, posting standings and schedules, sending smart reminders, and delivering the features you signed up for.
- Respond to support requests — answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and following up on contact-form messages.
- Maintain security and reliability — detecting abuse, preventing misuse, and keeping the service stable.
- Improve the service — understanding which features are used and where errors occur so we can make DisCommish better over time.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build profiles to sell to anyone.
Storage & retention
Your data is stored on secured servers operated by us or by reputable infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. We retain information only as long as it is needed to run your league and provide the service.
When the bot is removed from a server, we remove or anonymize the league data associated with that server within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep limited records for legal or security reasons. You can also ask us to delete your data sooner by emailing us.
Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal data, and we never trade it for advertising. We share information only in these narrow situations:
- Service providers — trusted vendors (such as hosting and infrastructure providers) who process data on our behalf, under agreements that limit how they may use it.
- Legal compliance — when we are legally required to respond to a valid request from a court or government authority, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Discord's role
Our bots run on top of the Discord platform, so your use of them is also governed by Discord's own terms and privacy practices. When you interact with our bot, Discord transmits and processes data according to Discord's Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it to understand how Discord handles your account and activity.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including access controls and encrypted connections where appropriate. That said, no method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will act promptly and notify affected users where required.
Your choices & rights
You have control over your data. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing tasoftwaresolutions@icloud.com, and we will respond as quickly as we reasonably can. You can also stop our processing at any time by removing the bot from your server, which begins the removal of that server's league data as described above.
Children
Our bots and services are not directed to children under 13. Discord's own Terms of Service require that all users be at least 13 years old (or older where local law sets a higher minimum). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
As our bots evolve, we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and the version shown here always reflects our latest practices. We encourage you to check back periodically so you stay informed.
